Had a problem with a PC that had been wiped before removing the iMazing license, Misha patiently helped me to correct the issue and allow me to authorize my 2-PC license on a new PC.

I’ve been using iMazing for a few years now. It has made managing the content on my iOS devices so easy and simple. I wouldn’t want to be without it.

I had my laptop working great one day and then the next day it would no longer turn on. The main board went bad after too few years… sadly. I purchased a new laptop but when installing iMazing on it found that my old license was still tied to my old laptop. I contacted iMazing support with my issue and they promptly made the change on their end to allow for my misfortunate hardware loss.

I’m now up and easily managing all my iOS devices with iMazing. Such a wonderful product and certainly needed if you own any iOS device.

This application saved me from losing years worth of stuff. When my phone started bugging out the day of IOS 16's launch I was very annoyed that my phone had pretty much turned into a brick. So I did what I usually do when my phone starts acting funny. I backed it up to Itunes on my computer, restore it, and then restored the backup. However this time around I didn't realize the size of the backup was massive and when I went to get the backup Itunes gave me an error saying there wasn't enough space on my phone. After hours of searching up fixes and applications I found several posts on Reddit talking about iMazing and I took leap of faith and installed it. After learning out to use it I realized this would be able to solve my problem! I bought the license and I was able to delete some photos off the iTunes backup. I'm very grateful to the team who made this amazing app! Thank you

My PC with installed & activated iMazing crashed and I had to make a clean install of Windows. After re-installing iMazing and trying to use my activation number, iMazing warned that the activation limit had been reached and that I should remove existing license from the other PC. Unfortunately, I could not do that, so I asked iMazing for help. They reset my license quickly and I was able to activate my iMazing again.
